The winners of the Packaging and Market categories - Fragrance, Strategy, Marketing & Branding and Product Family recognize the innovation and sustainability of Aptar packagings.
Packagings from Aptar Beauty, a global leader in dispensing packaging solutions, was recognized in four categories at the 24th edition of the Abre de Embalagens Awards, considered one of the most important awards in the sector. The winners were revealed at a ceremony held on Thursday, September 26.
In the Fragrances category, the iconic padlock packaging of Her Code, from the O Boticário group, was one of the winners of the Gold trophy. “The packaging, whose iconic design uses our Essencia Rosca fragrance pump and Custom Cap, was the first NFC-connected perfume in Latin America,” explains Mirelle Orpinelli, Digital Marketing Manager for Latin America at Aptar Beauty. “Because it is refillable, the packaging raises awareness about reuse, bringing a more sustainable product concept.”
Aptar also received Silver trophies in the Perfumes category for the Conexões de Humor and Festival de Humor lines from Natura with our Essencia Screw pump; in the Product Family category for the Boti Baby line from O Boticário; and in the Strategic – Marketing and Branding category for the Pampers care line, also from O Boticário, with our GS Adoré lotion pump.
According to Aptar Beauty Latin America President Emerson Gambera, the awards are recognition that Aptar is always looking for innovative, environmentally sustainable and commercially viable solutions for its products. “Our team is continually working on ways to achieve product excellence and technological innovation, as well as achieve our sustainability goals and reduce the impact of our products on the local and global environment. Winning these categories brings us great pride and the certainty that we are with partners who share our values and commitments,” he says.
