A Journey of Innovation
Aptar Beauty launched its first locally produced airless family in June 2023, bringing the models Hero It is Sun Available in 15, 30, and 50 ml sizes, these airless solutions offer optimal formula protection and high performance, ensuring a safe and reliable dispensing experience. The piston airless system provides 360° dispensing and a high return rate, thanks to the Alpha Premium pump module, which delivers a 150 or 240 mcl dose without metal contact, making it compatible with a wide variety of formulas.
In March 2024, a second wave was released, adding tube versions of Hero It is Sun Available in 15 and 50 ml sizes. This tube pump technology maintains the benefits of formula protection and reliable dispensing.
The latest news: Sierra, Moda and Luna
Building on previous successes, Aptar Beauty now presents Sierra, Fashion, and LunaThree airless packaging solutions with contemporary designs and sustainable features. Available in 15, 30, and 50 ml sizes, these actuators offer matte or glossy in-mold finishes and a variety of decoration options, including screen printing, hot stamping, and thermal transfer. Made primarily with recyclable PP (polypropylene) components, Sierra, Moda, and Luna are also compatible with PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled Resin).
